I LOVE this pumping bra. This is the only one I've ever used so I have no comparisons, but I initially purchased it because I liked how it was so adjustable in size. I haven't had to adjust, but I needed to know that what I purchased would fit. I think it's on the pricier side, but well worth the money. I use it everytime and I don't know what I'd do without it. I think the zipper is fairly easy to use. The velcro on the back does irritate me, so I must have received one of the older models, but it's on for such a short period of time, it does not bother me too much. I still give it 5 stars. I find that it keeps the bottles at just the right angle/place. I can use my hands to help express more milk (I don't have a huge supply so I try everything I can to express more). I attached a Britax Marathon (the car seat shown in the product's image here on Amazon, actually) to my rolling carry-on using this strap and it was so easy to attach to the LATCH on the car seat. I was traveling alone with my 2 year old daughter; I put her in a stroller and pushed that with one hand while wheeling the luggage/car seat with the other. (It made me nervous to have her in the seat while it was attached to my luggage because I have a smaller-size rolling piece and her feet dragged on the ground.)
Another great feature of this accessory is that you can just unclip the side LATCH snaps but leave the top strap attached to the seat(without it affecting the seat while in use on plane); that way, when you disembark you can more easily re-thread it through your carry-on's handle.

I received this pump two days ago. I had a cheaper handheld pump that was maybe $50 at Wal Mart before so I thought I was going to be impressed with this one. Was I wrong! I read the reviews and bought this pump because of them. I am now left scratching my head thinking to myself "are we talking about the same pump?" First, it's cheaply made. It is quiet, I will give it that. You have to hold the pumps to your breasts, they little plastic thing that retracts in the pumps constantly gets stuck, so you have to try, with both hands holding the pumps, to try to get it to go back to normal. I have never been so disappointed with something I bought as I am this.
My final words: Breastfeeding is an investment, for you and your baby. I know this pump is cheaper, but you are getting what you pay for and you will be very disappointed.
