We tried these on my son, and... there was not noticeable difference. Not for us, and not to him. It was almost like he couldn't even tell! We even asked him if they felt cool at all after he went, and he said no. I was hoping these would help him become a little more aware of when he needs to go, but they failed miserably. For him, they don't seem to work any different than the other huggies pull ups.
