The problem with this product is that the volume is nowhere near loud enough. With both the sensitivity and volume controls turned up to their maximum, it was not possible to hear the baby crying properly. We live in a 2 bedroom condo and you can hear the direct sound from the bedroom 30 feet away more clearly than the sound from the baby monitor.
